This is my second time ordering from this shop and nothing has changed. The items are always packaged in a box. Bottled items are always in bubble wrap and bottle caps are secured with tape. There is also a freebie. The seller always send a photo first before shipping. Will definitely order again!

Upon approval, the item may be subject for exchange (of the same item or other item equivalent to item's price) or the amount may be credited to your Kmall account (K-money) that you may use on your next purchase or it may be refunded directly to your BDO/BPI account. For exchange and refund, processing will take 3 banking days. Exchange is subject for free shipping.
