For complaints, damage state of the
package, claims and other issues due to courier’s mishandling of parcels,
kindly contact our partnered courier directly within 24 hours from the date it

due to manufacturing defect and other concerns connected to the item itself, please
email Kmall Philippines at info@kmallph.com within 24 hours from the date it was
delivered.
Make sure to provide photos and complete details of
concern. Kmall Customer Service
Officer should be able to provide you feedback within 3 days. Upon approval,
the item may be subject for exchange (of the same item or other item equivalent
to item’s price) or the amount may be credited to your Kmall account (K-money)
that you may use on your next purchase or it may be refunded directly to your
BDO/BPI account. For exchange and refund, processing will take 3 banking days.
