HOW TO TRACK MY CURRENT SPENDING?
Members can view their spending through Mypage. All order records are available at your Kmall account.
WHAT IS THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE?
Our terms of payment are convenient.
Onhand - Full payment within 48 hours from the time of checkout
Preorder - 50% down payment within 48 hours and the remaining 50% balance shall be paid when the stocks arrive at our warehouse.
*Failure to settle the payment on time will result in order cancellation.
Payment can be settled through our bank accounts.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE OF ITEMS?
Upon informing you that your orders have been prepared and ready, you may ask for a schedule of pick-up as early as the next day. Please coordinate your pick-up schedule with our CS representative.
Our office schedule runs from Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm. Please remember that we do not accept pick-up on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
